AQUARIUS BRASIL EMERGED AS A WINNER FOR A NEW CHARTER
Petrobras currently has a fleet of seven flotels — Safe Notos, Safe Eurus, Safe Zephyrus, OOS Tiradentes, Aquarius Brasil, Posh Arcadia and Posh Xanadu — operating offshore Brazil, but some are due to end their contracts in early 2024. In the recent tender, for a unit nicknamed UMS N-15, Aquarius Brasil BV emerged on top with the Aquarius Brasil vessel for the full contracting window of four years. We thank all our management team and vessel crew for their efforts to achieve this new milestone for our company providing excellent management service and successful 10-year track record of our unit working for Brazilian oil giant.
The past 10 years has been a success for Aquarius Brasil operation in Brazil and this success story is to continue with a new long-term charter with Petrobras. Aquarius Brasil will start a new long-term charter directly after the current charters ends in Q2 2024. Aquarius Brasil has delivered outstanding operational performance and been praised by client to be one of the best performing UMS in Brazil. We believe that the long-term contract is a result of our continuous improvement of vessel operations and long terms commitment of our staff working with Aquarius Brasil. The commercial and operational performance is laying the foundation for another decade of safe and reliable operation in Brazil. The plan for Aquarius Brasil is to continue operating and providing vast range of services along the growing FPSO fleet in Brazil.

APRIL 2023 - AQUARIUS BRASIL OFFICERS CONFERENCE IN SPLIT, CROATIA
POSEIDON held Aquarius Brasil officers conference that took place between 24th and 27th of April, 2023. Conference was mainly dedicated to the Safety Leadership and CRM training provided by Capt. Hans Hederström. Our Managing Director, Mr. Stefan Smeds, presented State of the Industry in application to our operations. Among other presentations we had AQB Performance Statistics and Petrobras Rating presented by Gleiciane Portugal, OSM presented market updates, presented by Angelo Rodrigues and Lyvia Rangel. We had presentation on the services from Azara crewing agency and Filip Karlo Baraka presented Apave Mare and Libar Training Centres, BV Ms Monserrat Espin presented topic of Decarbonization of Maritime Industry. We are very grateful to all who managed to participate in our conference and of course our presenters for the event.

NOV 2022 - AQUARIUS BRASIL DOCKING COMPLETED
We are delighted to announce that Aquarius Brasil successfully completed the scheduled docking at AMRJ (Arsenal de Marinha do Rio de Janeiro) in partnership with Estaleiro Mauá shipyard .
Docking took place between 27th of September and 26th of October 2022 with the major overhauls and other necessary works on the main and auxiliary systems such as all vessel propulsion and DP thrusters, offshore gangway, cranes, helideck, auxiliaries, vessel communications, navigation, DP, advisory , IT and other systems.
With its cleaned and freshly painted hull vessel is now ready to further support our client and will be joining the rejuvenation and maintenance campaign at the unit P-68.

JULY 2022 - NEW CHARTER EXTENSION
In July 2022, Poseidon signed the charter extension for AQUARIUS BRASIL. The new tour of duty will commence after the vessel docking, scheduled for October 2022. Docking is planned to be carried out in Rio-de-Janeiro, where the vessel will go after completing the P-66 campaign.
The vessel will be connected to P-68 after docking. An extension is agreed to last till the end of the year 2023.

JAN 2022 - AQUARIUS BRASIL CHARTER EXTENSION SIGNED
Poseidon Maritime Services Pte Ltd is pleased to announce that it has entered into an extension of its charter and services contract for the maintenance campaign offshore Brazil with Petróleo Brasileiro S.A. (Petrobras).
That will keep Aquarius Brasil engaged in the maintenance campaigns in Brasil till the last quarter of the year 2022.

AUGUST 2021 - NEW CAMPAIGN COMMENCED
On 1st August AQUARIUS BRASIL connected the gangway with PMXL-1 at Mexilhão field, Santos basin, and started a new tour of duty on 4th August.
The PMXL-1 platform is one of the largest fixed platforms in Brazil. Poseidon Maritime Services will provide services during the planned maintenance campaign for this platform.

MAY 2021 - NEW CHARTER CONTRACT SIGNED
Poseidon Maritime Services has been awarded a new charter contract with Petrobras to service PMXL-1 gas platform.
The new contract is yet another milestone of long operational excellence with Aquarius Brasil and Poseidon Maritime Services operations in Brasil for the past decade. Aquarius, Brasil being the only ship-shaped accommodation unit operating in Brazil, has demonstrated excellent performance records and superior ability to mobilize to new campaigns.

FEBRUARY 2021 - SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF THE P-50 / RONCADOR CAMPAIGN
AQUARIUS BRASIL has successfully completed a campaign with Petrobras FPSO P-50 at Albacora Leste field, Campos basin. Aquarius Brasil has, again, proven its superior capabilities in the Brazilian offshore market.
The campaign was especially challenging due to the COVID-19 pandemic and yet the mission was completed successfully. In order to overcome the challenges caused by the pandemic, Poseidon Maritime Services pioneered and implemented an advanced thermal fever scanning system with facial recognition to allows continuous real-time screening onboard. The systems were proven to work and have become an industry standard among accommodation service providers in Brazil.

THE RONCADOR MAINTENANCE CAMPAIGN / CHARTER EXTENSION
After a campaign interruption, used to adjust to the new challenges related to COVID-19 pandemics, Aquarius Brasil resumed its Roncador charter. Charter was also extended with a preliminary charter completion date during winter 2021.

START OF THE RONCADOR MAINTENANCE CAMPAIGN CHARTER
Poseidon secured the new charter with Petrobras, a Brazilian oil major, for the offshore accommodation unit under our management, Aquarius Brasil. The vessel will take part in the maintenance campaign involving several offshore units. The original completion date of the charter shall be mid-summer 2020.

Poseidon is proud to announce that our company has earned the ISO 45001:2018 for the scope of the Provision of Marine Engineering Consultancy, Marine Survey, and Ship Management Services. Poseidon is now certified in 3 different ISO Standards including ISO 9001:2015 Quality, ISO 14001:2015, and now ISO 45001:2018.
ISO 45001:2018 is a globally recognized occupational health and safety standard developed and published by the International Organization of Standardization (ISO). ISO developed this standard to help organizations to improve employee safety, reduce workplace risks, and create safer working conditions.

COMPLETION OF P-26 CAMPAIGN
We are pleased to announce that the offshore accommodation and support vessel AQUARIUS
BRASIL has successfully completed its mission supporting the maintenance works on Petrobras
platform P-26, in Campos Basin, Brazil and now is starting a new campaign for P-19. The unit
achieved 100% uptime for months of January and February and reached maximum scope on overall
performance evaluation by Petrobras.

SENIOR OFFICERS CONFERENCE SEPTEMBER 2016
Poseidon Maritime Services held a two-day Senior Officers Conference in Singapore, on 7th to 8th of September 2016. A warm opening address and introduction was given by Mr. Stefan Smeds, our Managing Director, followed by other speakers who had number of presentations on relevant topics from the equipment vendors, BV classification society, P&I club, Sembawang Admiralty Yard and Poseidon Group.

AQUARIUS BRASIL DEPLOYMENT FOR PETROBRAS OFFSHORE CAMPOS BASIN
Mobile integrated offshore work center
AQUARIUS BRASIL is an integrated project management and execution center developed to facilitate all offshore asset installation and maintenance projects. The unit provides workshops, storage spaces, offices, meeting rooms as well as extensive living and recreation facilities for a large number of persons right next to where they are needed.
Vessel is currently deployed at Campos basin, providing assistance to Petrobras P-18 platform.
